Zakaat ada hone k liye 2 shartein
hai…
Niyat..dete waqt hona..
Haqdaar ko maalik bana dena..
Agar zakaat mein wo maal diya jo
pehle de alag kar rakkha tha to
zakaat ada ho gai…
Or agar alag kiya huwa nai hai to..fir
dete waqt dil mein pakka iraada hona
zururi hai..aysa pakka irada k…koi
pooche to foran…bilaa taammul
( soche baghair ) bata do k …zakaat
hai.
Saal bhar khairaat karne k
bad…ab use zakaat mein nahi gin
sakte…zakaat ada na hogi..kyun k kisi
bhi faqiir ko dete waqt zakaat ki
niyat karna shart ( zaruri ) hai…
Agar kuch maal pehle se zakaat ki
niyat se alag kar k use faqiron ko
dete rahe to ab dete waqt niyat na
ho tab bhi zakaat ada ho jayegi.
Zakaat ki niyat se kuch maal alag
kar diya…or maut ho gayi..to ab ye
maal Waaris daar mein taqsiim
hoga…zakaat mein nahi.
Zakaat lene wale ko jaanna zururi
nahi k ye maal zakaat ka hai…lekin
dene wale ko niyate zakaat zururi hai.
Qarz ( udhaar ) keh kar kisi ko
zakaat dii to bhi zakaat ada ho
gayi..lekin jab wo k jisko dii thi kuch
waqt k baad waapas dene aaye to
ab…
dene wala use le nahi sakta chaahe
wo khud mohtaaj O zarurat mand ho
gaya ho…kyun k zakaat dene k bad
waapas nai le sakte.
kisi ko qarz ( dewa ) maaf kiya or
zakaat ki niyat kar li to zakaat ada na
hogi.
Kisi ki ijaazat k baghair uska qarz
zakaat se ada kiya to zakaat ada na
hogi..
Behtar ye hai k usko zakaat ki niyat
se raqam de de..ab usko ikhtiyaar hai
k chaahe to qarz ada kare ya kahin
aur kharch kare.
Agar yatiim zakaat k haqdaar hon
to unko kapde banwa kar de sakte
hain..unko maalik bana dein.
Kisiko mithaai k dabbe mein
raqam rakh kar zakaat ki niyat se
dii…agar denewale faqiir ko mithaai
or raqam dono ka maalik kar diya or
lenewale ne us par qabza bhi kar liya
to zakaat ada ho jayegi…
Chaahe faqiir ko ye malum na ho k
dabbe mein raqam bhi hai.
Kisi ko mithaai k dabbe mein
raqam rakh kar zakaat dene k bad us
dabbe ko kuch raqam de kar kharid
liya to..lenewale ko wo raqam jo
dabbe mein hai wo lena haraam
hai…kyun k dabba bechnewale ne
sirf dabbe ka sauda kiya hai…wo
raqam ka nahi.

Agar kisiki shadi k moqe par
kapde ya tohfe dene mein zakaat ki
niyat karna chahe to agar wo
lenewala zakaat ka haqdaar hai to
zakaat ada ho jayegi.
Agar anaaj kharid kar gharibon
mein taqsim kiya or dete waqt
unhein maalik kar diya to zakaat ada
ho jaayegi.
Agar khaana paka kar haqdaaron
mein taqsim kar diya maalik kar diya
to bazaar k rate k hisaab se pake
huwe khaane ki qiimat gin kar jitni
raqam banti hai utni zakaat ada ho
jayegi…Or..
Agar maalik na kiya..sirf baitha kar
khila diya to zakaat ada na hogi…
khaana pakaane ka kharch zakaat
mein shaamil nai hoga.
Agar shak ho k zakaat ada kii thi
ya nahi…to aysi surat mein zakaat
ada kare.( dein ).
Agar be khabri mein zakaat kam
ada kii to jitni dedi ada ho
gayi…baaqi ka hisaab laga kar ada
kare or der se dene ki wajeh se
gunahgaar huwa uski tauba kare.
Kisiko udhaar paisa diya hai..wo
waapas nahi de raha hai…agar wo
zakaat ka haqdaar hai..to use zakaat
de kar usse waapas maang lein to
zakaat ada ho jaayegi…
Agar ayse waqt wo dene ka inkaar
kare to zabardasti chiin lene ki ya
sakhti se wasool karne ki ijaazat hai.
Kisi ko udhaar raqam dii hai
( 25000 ) or waapas nahi lota raha
hai..to..
Kisi zakaat k haqdaar ko udhaar
denewala ye keh de k..mera us aadmi
( maqrooz ) se lena ( 25000 ) nikalta
hai..tum usse lelo wo raqam zakaat k
tor par rakh lena…
Or jisse lena hai usko khabar kar dii
jaaye k wo raqam ka zimma mene
falane shaksh ko sonp diya hai to wo
raqam unko de dena…
Ab jab dusre shakhsh ne jo zakaat ka
haqdaar hai us raqam par qabza kar
liya to zakaat ada ho jaayegi.
